Be sure to consider what freebie logoed item you give out!

There are some items that are not very expensive but can leave a lasting expression. You need to be creative and think out of the box when considering your promotional product give away.

Who will you be giving this away to? Will you be giving the item to everyone who enters your booth? A totebag is a great give away because after the show, the attendees are then advertising for you!

Give away promotional products can also express your brand’s quality. There are several items that would qualify for this give away! Often times, these can be more expensive though. In this case, it might be a good idea to qualify who will receive these gifts. One idea is to give them away as a ‘thank you’ gift even after a conversation.

Well, it is that time of the year again. The trade show season is right around the corner. Will you be having a booth at a trade show? Have you thought about your plan for the trades show? Do you just want to get names of potential customers or do you have a new product that you want everyone to be aware of? The way you answer this question determines how you need to approach your trade show booth.

There are so many things to consider. Here are just a few of the things to ask yourself when you start your planning process:

-What is your goal for the trade show?

-Who will be attending the trade show?

-What will your booth will look like?

-What will you and your employees wear?

-Will you be passing out anything?
-Will your pass out be company based or attendee based?

The last couple of weeks I have been getting very frustrated! Frustrated because it seems like people never remember me. What haas always amazed me about this is that I have red hair. Red hair is not that common. I am also not the quiet on in the corner.

Why do people not remember me??? Last week, I went to pick up Nathan from after school care....they asked who I was there to pickup and for my ID! What?!?! It is December people! This is not my first time to pick up! Once I told her who I was picking up she said, "Oh yeah, I know who you are. You just usually have your little daughter with you." So now the only way I am recognized is by Lisa?!?!

The very next day, yet another person said to me, "Have I met you before?" Of course the answer was yes, several times and we have also carried on a conversation! I was nice though and simply answered him with "Yes." He was surprised and apologized. What is up with this?

I then attended a ribbon cutting a few days after the "Have I met you before?" comment. I was told that everytime a certain Ally Bank commercial is seen, they think of me. This is just so amazing to me!

Sometimes our customers are not sure if they should go with screen-print or embroidery.

Surprisingly, there are some things to think about:

• Where will you be wearing the shirts? Will you be wearing them doing yard work or at a convention?
• What is the image you are going for? Do you want to look a little bit more professional with embroidery or do you want to go for more of a “team” look with the screen-print?
• How many will you need? Less than two dozen or over 6 dozen?
• How many colors are in the design?
• What is your budget?
• Will you be making repeat orders?
• How many locations will there be? Do you want logo, web page, tag line, etc to also be included but in different locations on the shirt?
• Do you want something really big across the entire shirt?
